I have added a new page to our web site - Get the Real Story on Real Estate in New Jersey - This is a web site that is hosted by NJAR, New Jersey Association of Realtors.

I wanted to let everyone know that Ralph and I have moved to New Jersey, so if you are confused as to why our site is now Coldwell Banker it is because we now have our New Jersey Real Estate license and are Realtors with Coldwell Banker, Riviera Realty in Manahawkin.  Any one looking for shore property give us a call.  Waterfront prices are coming down.

We still have our Pennsylvania Real Estate license and remain with Herb Real Estate in PA.  So all our PA Clients and prospects can still call us for any help with your Real Estate needs.  NJ is not far away and you will continue to get our professional service.

Staging is the way to go!!!  In a market where there is a glut of houses for sale, buyers can and will be more particular when choosing a home to buy.  They are going to look for a home where they can picture themselves living.  By staging you are decluttering and depersonalizing.  A buyer only knows what they see, not the way its going to be.  They can't picture themselves in a home when they see tons of other peoples clutter and other people's pictures of the kids, wedding photos, trophies.
